(Motivation Question)

Looks can be deceiving. Do you agree or disagree? I agree because we cannot just judge a person by
merely looking at their appearance.

Maybe you’re right but I believe in the saying that

what you see is what you get.

Alright you have your point class.

B. DURING-SPEAKING

I want you to ponder on this thought class

“We as human being will never, never survive

unless we recognize and celebrate our differences
as well as our similarities.

So do you agree or disagree? I agree Mam because we are living in a world of

diversity and accepting our differences can lead us
to live peacefully.

Right. How about the others? You have a great point but I believe we can still
live despite of our differences.
In our story The Hunchback of Notre Dame, how
did the people treat Quasimodo as a person? They hated and mocked him because he is ugly.

Do you agree with the way they treated

Quasimodo? I disagree because Quasimodo has a good heart
despite of being ugly in appearance.

Correct. How about the others? She has her point but I think he deserved what the
people did to him because he followed everything
that Archdeacon Frollo demanded him to do even
though
it was evil.

Yes you have your points class. Now we are going

to discuss further about how we are going to defend
our opinions by using expressions for negation and

Absolutely right

Pardon me but….
I have nothing against your point. However…
