Instructions
Hdc: Half Double Crochet
Ch: chain
Dc: Double Crochet
sl st: Slip Stitch
------------------------
This pattern uses worsted weight or aran yarn and a size 4mm crochet
hook (G) to create some cute little crochet cuffs for your boots!

Instructions to size up and down are on the next page. Gauge is not impor-
tant because this is a fluid pattern and can be made to fit any size.

There is a video detailing how I crochet this. I hope it will help clarify any
confusing steps! It can be seen here. (<----- clickable link)
------------------------
You will need:
• 100-150 yards of worsted weight yarn. (I had a lot left over)
• Size 4 mm crochet hook
• Yarn needle for weaving in ends.
• A leg to put the finished item on.

Pattern
1. Using a 4mm crochet hook (G) chain 13. Skip the first chain and hdc until end for
12 hdc.

Row 1: Chain 1 and turn. Hdc into every st down the row for 12 hdc.

2. Repeat row one until this can be tightly wrapped around desired limb at desired
place (ankle, calf, above knee).

3. Now, chain one, and sc across the top of the piece. You want to attempt to make
multiples of 4 + 1 to set up for the lace part. Just add a st or two in there to make it
work.

4. Chain 1 and turn. We are now going to work two rows of lace.

Row 1: (2dc, ch 3, 2dc) in 3rd st from hook. *skip next 3 stx, (2dc, ch 3, 2dc) in
next ch; rep from *) until last 2 st. sk 1 st and Sc in last st.

Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as dc) and turn (2dc, ch 3, 2dc) in each ch-3 loops across. Af-
ter completing last ch-3 loop, sc in last st.

5. Cut yarn. Use ends to sew up side. Wear!
