Instruction of electrolyte preparation and change

For the first time using please follow the manual carefully. The electrolyte is
drained out because of shipment limitation.

For electrolyte preparation and filling.

Step 1:Prepare 90% above potassium hydroxide(KOH≥90%)Like the image
below（It is normal and can be get from your chemical market.）

Step 2:

Please prepare a stainless steel spoon, a stainless steel barrel, a pair of

silicone gloves and one set of protective glasses. Be caution of the electrolyte
corrosive,don't touch directly.
Use stainless steel spoon and barrel to prepare the electrolyte according to the
formula, slowly stir and cool under 60℃ before filling.
 Formula for 800Lph carbon cleaning machine:

4kg Potassium Hydroxide, 10kg purified water.totally is 14kg

Step 3:
The entrance is to add water and electrolyte liquid (only first time use,you need
add electrolyte liquid,after the first time, only need to replace electrolyte liquid
once a year. since then If you are prompted to add water, just add pure water
);electrolyte liquid which is a substance used to decompose water and produce
gas, and our instructions also say how to add it.
Please tighten the lid after adding the liquid. and generally do not need to open
it.(plz check attached picture)

Step 4:
Fill the electrolyte slowly through the provided stainless steel funnel. When it
finishes 2/3 , electrify the machine and pay attention to the electrolyte level
indicator lamp(cell) on screen .Stop adding when the medium level lamp "M"
is on and alarm stop.
Slightly tighten the cover of the electrolyte adding inlet by a wrench.
Step 5:

If the machine still prompts for adding water, please add purified water from
the water inlet until the middle electrolyte level indicator lamp "M" is on and
alarm stops.

Others:

After the adding operation complete, observe the high electrolyte level on the
panel. If the light(H) is not on, the machine can work normally.
If the high electrolyte level light is on, open the electrolyte inlet and the drain
valve to drain excess electrolyte until the high electrolyte level light is off. Then
close the drain valve and tighten the fill port slightly by a wrench. Properly
handle the excess electrolyte.
To avoid improper filling, can also test as below:

Set the gas production to the maximum value, and put the gas outlet at the
open space, pay attention to fire prevention.
Turn the counter switch to 90°, 10 minutes ( total is 30 minutes 270°), press
the start button, let the machine run for 10 minutes, and the machine can work
normally if there is no water flowing out in the air hose.
Need to change the electrolyte every year.

Lift the cover, open the electrolyte adding inlet and the drainage ball valve
under the generator. Properly handle the waste electrolyte.
Please tilt the machine slightly during the drainage process so as to get rid of
the dirt.
Close the drainage ball valve, add 20kg water from electrolyte inlet.
Repeat the above procedures 2 times until the exhausted liquid is clean.
