    Situation Before New Layout

    By utilizing the principles of Takt , Flow and Pull, 7 Wastes, and 5S,
    improve the productivity and utilization of space within the returns
    area.

    The three major concentrations of the team are the macro flow of
    the entire returns department, the micro flow of the return to stock
    processing, and the workplace organization (5S) of the return to
    stock processing.
