Dashboard contain the provision for debarring the Parkwheels TAG if people leaves the society
or for any unwanted Vehicle.
Can generate notification on Guard App if any commercial vehicle (Ola/Uber) stayed for
overtime inside premise.

Mobile App for Society People

12. • Mobile app should be available on both Android & IOS.

• Mobile app should send notification every time vehicle enters or leaves the gate.
• User can send request to gate & control room for guests (which includes car number,
name, phone number of guest etc) with specific gate number or general.
• Mobile app should get alert (generated through mobile app of guard) about visitor
coming to meet them.
• Mobile app should also contain security/locking feature of the RFID TAG i.e. user can
lock/unlock the car inside the premise area to avoid theft.

13. Handheld Device for Guard with App

• Handheld device should include mobile with integrated printer for dispensing tickets.
• Should contain more than 4500mAh battery.
• Mobile app should give the real-time information of car passing by like car number,
entry/exit time.
• Device should be integrated with boom barrier for operating (Opening/closing) the
boom through mobile app.
• There should be an Emergency button on the app to open the boom barrier on manual
mode or in case of any emergency.
• Shall have the provision of visitor entry and exit of vehicles.
• Shall be in sync with the consumer mobile app for cab/guest entry and exit.
