 Please note that certain detailed facts which may be required can be assumed by the
students and no marks shall be deducted for factual intricacies of the contracts.

 Word Limit- Up to 3000 words max.

 Marking Scheme of Assessment:

Approach to draft and Overall flow-2 marks

Identification and Application of correct law- 4 marks
Formulation of proper clauses- 6 marks
Language and Grammer-1 marks
Overall Effectiveness-2 marks

 The Assessment is to be submitted individually and not with any co-author

 The soft copies of your assessment are to be uploaded on LMS. (No individual student
is to mail the assignment separately to me)

IMPORTANT DATES:
The final date for submission of the soft copy on LMS is 9th May 2021 latest by 5 pm.
Any submission made beyond this deadline will entail a deduction of 1 mark/day.
