running project / site. For the time being I am pursuit my skill specializes in maintenance

Mainly duties are:

General:
 Develop Service Objectives in line with company objectives
 Assist/advice all job sites for the timely completion of jobs at the field for all customers
within a minimum time frame.
 Review WIP and ensure it is within acceptable limit report on reasons for anomalies.
 Strive to be proactive and continuously look for ways to Continuous Improvement of
systems and methods.
 Assist for tools / equipment and supplies required for day to day efficient operations at all
sites and also maintain a good data base / inventory for tools and equipment at all sites.
 Review all labor / expense hours to ensure we have a good balance and profitability.
 Identifying safety issues, reporting and problems and follow up on the importance of
them with Safety Division.
 Assist/support all job sites, by establishing a good communication to all sites regarding
what they need / support.
 Assist Customers external and internal of job progress, as well as keep them informed of
estimated completion times.
 Responsible for all Delivery Inspections/Commissioning within this area.
 Work together with warranty section & administrator for the OEM warranty processing
monthly and monitor that a maximum of 30 days warranty outstanding should not be
exceeded.
 Fill the role as a communication hub from sites to area, and distribute/process the
information to the related person in charge.
 Assists the Workshop and Site Supervisor on service operation issues and planning
process.
 Performance reviews for all subordinates.
