 Establish Warehouses for Spares (Mumbai & Hyderabad) ensuring the saf
and security of the items stored in Warehouse against any theft / fire / disa
 Warehouse Plan : Prepare Storage / BIN’s Procurement Plan for the Store
monitor its implementation
 SOP : Prepare, implement and Monitor Operating Procedures for inspectio
receipt, dispatch of stock / material to and from Warehouse
 SOP : Prepare, implement and Monitor Operating Procedures for the
warehouse operations including Receipts / Issues and Operations (includin
shipment to sites)
 Receipts : Prepare Store plan for Stocking and Receipt Registers and mon
its implementation ensuring safety and security of Men and Material
 Receipts : Monitor and Approve Stock Receipt Registers on Weekly Basis
 Issues :Monitor Compliance to Stock Issue / Requirement plan as per Sale
requirement
 Issues :Monitor Implementation of Stock Issue Register on weekly basis
 Inventory Levels : Finalize average inventory levels to be maintained at
warehouse and monitor for its compliance
 Inventory Levels : Finalize re-order levels for items and monitor for its

Division  Transfer / Disposal of unsold stock and waste : Prepare Procedure for
identifying unsold and waste stock and inter warehouse transfer of Items a
monitor for its compliance
 Transfer / Disposal of unsold stock and waste : Finalize report of Unsold
Stock and waste and recommend its disposal (if required) on monthly basi
 Inventory Reconciliation: Monitor compliance to Inventory Reconciliation
reports on monthly basis.
 Warehouse Audits : Prepare Quarterly Warehouse Audit Report and finali
corrective actions and monitor action plans
 Operations / Shipment SOP : Prepare and monitor implementation of
Operating Procedures for shipment and delivery of items from the Wareho
to the Clients place / project
 Operations / Shipment : Negotiate with vendors / transporters for cost
reduction and increase in credit limits
 Operations / Shipment : Ensuring SLA’s are met with respect to delivery o
spares to clients project / site from warehouse.
 Operations / Shipment : Monitor all issues with Clients with respect to
shipment / delivery of item
SECTION II: JOB SUMMARY
Establish Spares Warehouse in / near Mumbai and Hyderabad
Prepare, finalize and monitor for compliance to Standard Operating Procedures for Managing / maintaining inventories and Opera
Warehouses.
Manage the Spares Warehouse Functions and its Operations
Ensuring Safety and security of Warehouse, inventories and people managing them.
Identify, negotiate and finalize modes and vendors for shipment and delivery of Items / Spares from Warehouse to Clients Project
Meeting SLA’s with respect to providing equipment spares

SECTION V: JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any stream
Other Qualifications ‘--
 Self-motivated, persistent and “Never Give Up” attitude
 Strong written and verbal English communication skills
 Understanding of local culture
 Ability to work with minimal supervision, independent and / or as a member of team
Skills & Competencies
 Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points
being made, asking questions as appropriate
 Ability to motivate and led a team
 Strong in documentation
 Strong Negotiation and convincing skills
12+ years of work experience with Managing spares warehouse and inventories with spares trading /
Overall experience
manufacturing companies
