Allthe date are final cutoff dates, in case the cutoff date falls on the holiday, next working day will]

activities.
2. Reference to the letter at S. No. 2, officer reported upon have to fill the complete details of their
Reporting/Reviewing/Custodian of eAPAR with the due care, if any of the Reporting/Reviewing officer Is
superannuating in due course of short period, eAPAR must be completed within the stipulated time as specified,
Post retirement, the user in eAPAR system remain active for a month. The request for extension/relaxation in
time line will not be entertained,
3. _ Reference to the letter no. at s!n03, it may be ensureed that Appraise,
submit their EPAR well in time adhering to the schedule above. if Appraise, Rey

4. Custodian of the CR/Admin of the units must ensure the timely completion of the eAPAR of all the
Executives/Non Executives under their Jurisdiction, else timely reminder to be sent to the concern officer and
his/her controling officer for completion of eAPAR. IT unit may send the frequent messages for the pending
activity to the concerned officer well before cut-off date. Specifically, due attention Is to be given to those
officers, who are retiring in due course of time and have not completed the eAPAR of their working subordinates,
5. The eAPAR completion certificate may also be furnished to comply DPE/DOT guidelines,
It is hereby requested to issue necessary instructions to the concerned officers for strict adherence of the
schedule mentioned, above.
