Living in the slum areas can be very overwhelming and emotionally distressing. as such our
organization has been working with the local authorities in restoring plight of hope to the young
people who happen to have found themselves in this kind of residential areas either willingly or
unwillingly. We however we have been financially restrain, and therefore we’re appealing for a
financial support in form of a grand to a tune of $20000.
In [organization] we try all our best to provide aid to young adolescent people living in the slum
areas. We believe that these young adult most of them are school dropouts due to school fess
problems they are unable to settle (Vijayakumar, Nandita, et al, 418). Others are young parents
who may have accidentally gotten pregnant and forced out of their paternal homes. This group
needs more than only financial assistance to make the right decisions and back up on their feet,
living their everyday life out of stress, confusion, and even guilt. In the long run, they are the
same lot that is most likely to end up in immorality and engaging in drug peddling and abuse.
While we already have other active programs that are already being run. We have workshop
programs for the young people being run every weekday to educate these teenagers on the life
skills and their sexual life together with morality in the society. Together with doing talent
rehabilitation to help them use their talents in becoming self-dependent we have strong
confidence that we can for sure hit greater heights.
We’re requesting your support for a grant which we plan to use in expanding on our facilities
and help us to reach a larger population. Considering growing number of slums, this implies that
there is a relatively high number of adolescents in these regions. Just as indicated by other
research firms, as such we project that the need might go up and hence to avoid strain on the
available resources there is need for early preparation.in addition to this, we would also like to
bring to your attention that we would really appreciate if you could possibly help us with the
donations such as food stuffs, school uniforms and books for the community library we are
developing in the community. Considering the large number of the dedicated volunteers we have
here working with our organization to realize this dream I believe that if we get the request grant
could serve as a mile stone to this community.
It would be more than just merry for us to provide you with more ways in which you could
donate to this organization in regards to our projects and even take you through some of the
