NOTICE TO STUDENTS
TO: All Students
This serves to advise that Semester II Final Examinations begin on Saturday, May 8, 2021 and end
on Monday, May 31, 2021. All final assessments will be conducted online. No traditional face-to
face examinations will be held. The Examination Timetables for the various faculties have been
posted on the University’s Website.
Please note that all registration requests including examination clashes and exception registration
(repeats, re-sits and/or supplementals) must be submitted on or before May 5, 2021. No requests
will be accepted after this date. Students who apply for Exception Registration (repeats, re-sits
and/or supplementals) will not be able to access the online examination platform (Moodle) unless
they have completed the Exception Registration process within the Student Registration System

may track the status of their exam requests via the Student Registration System (SRS).
Students who have examination clashes must download and complete the Examination Clash Form
