CIRCULAR
In the view of ongoing COVID-l9 epidemic, it is hereby instructed that
patient details of all those who are admitted in the isolation wards and isolation
high care ICU setup with suspected COVID-l9 or with Acute Respiratory
Distress in the Govemment Hospitals, Medical Colleges & private Hospitals
must be shared to the Joint Director (planning) E-mail ID:
jdplankar@gmail.com and edkarshsrc@gmail.com in the below prescribed
format daily by 4.00pm. The patients must be provided with necessary care and
any lapse found will be viewed seriously.
