1. SOCIAL ANXIETY

▪ is a type of anxiety disorder that

causes extreme fear in social settings.
People with this disorder have trouble
talking to people, meeting new
people, and attending social
gatherings. They fear being judged or
scrutinized by others.

2. MOOD SWINGS

▪ refers to rapid changes in mood. The term

may refer to minor daily mood changes or
to significant mood changes as seen with
mood disorders such as major depression
or bipolar depression. Mood swings can
also occur in women who suffer from
premenstrual syndrome or premenstrual
dysphoric disorder.

3. TEASING

▪ includes hostile or aggressive behavior that is

meant to hurt, humiliate, or harass someone.
Aggressive insults between fans of different
teams could fall under this category of
teasing. As you might expect, this type of
teasing is one of the most common forms of
bullying. It can lead to lowered self-esteem,
interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, and
depression, and can erode group cohesion in a
work or team environment

4.BULLYING

▪ is unwanted, aggressive behavior

among school aged children that
involves a real or perceived power
imbalance. The behavior is repeated,
or has the potential to be repeated,
over time. Both kids who are bullied
and who bully others may have
serious, lasting problems.

5. HARRASMENT

▪ is a form of discrimination. It includes

any unwanted physical or verbal
behaviour that offends or humiliates
you. Generally, harassment is a
behaviour that persists over time.
Serious one-time incidents can also
sometimes be considered harassment.

6. EMOTIONAL ABUSE

▪ Emotional Abuse is a way to control

another person by using emotions to
criticize, embarrass, shame, blame, or
otherwise manipulate another person. In
general, a relationship is emotionally
abusive when there is a consistent pattern
of abusive words and bullying behaviors
that wear down a person's self-esteem
and undermine their mental health.

6. PHYSICAL ABUSE

▪ Physical Abuse is any intentional act causing

injury or trauma to another person or animal by
way of bodily contact. In most cases, children are
the victims of physical abuse, but adults can also
be victims, as in cases of domestic violence or
workplace aggression. Alternative terms
sometimes used include physical assault or
physical violence and may also include sexual
abuse. Physical abuse may involve more than
one abuser, and more than one victim.
