The nature of this business is services. As we know Pakistan is known worldwide for its
culture and the items related with that culture. Cities of Pakistan are famous for their
specialties such as Multan for its sohan halwa, Sindh for its Ajrak and Quetta for its famous
dry fruits. So, we as a company are providing services in which our customers can attain
different valued items from different parts of the countries. We will be making sure that we
are providing our customers with the authentic item which we will be getting directly from
the targeted city. Our team is highly invested in cultural items and have contacts in various
cities from where we can get the items and introduce it. Our passion for the culture has
motivated us to spread it internationally.

In this business plan we will be discussing a business in which we will be promoting the true
rich heritage and culture of Pakistan at an international level. This is a unique business which
focuses on delivering the special valued items from various cities of Pakistan such as
Peshawari Chappal from Peshawar to the people who crave for it with a company which
verifies if authenticity and distinguishes itself from others. This business Is not about
generating loads of profits instead it is about promoting the culture of Pakistan at
international scale and developing a company that represents that culture.

We will be introducing diverse products from different cities of Pakistan through our website
from where people can know about its producer and why It is famous, its history and the
demand of the product. Pakistan’s culture is acknowledged internationally and people around
the globe are invested in the beautiful art work produced in Pakistan and its cities and even
willing to travel miles around the globe to buy these products we are introducing a bridge

So basically our company is providing services by delivering products of different cultures


and we will not be producing anything as we want to deliver the exact products from the
exact cities by getting it from our suppliers so initially there will be no production lineup of
ours instead we will be delivering products.

Delivering Process:

After receiving our order, we will be informing our supplier from that specific city or if we
have the product in our store house, we will take out the specified quantity. Give it a quality
check at our office and within the same day delivering it through a third party service or
either directly. We will be getting orders in bulk and in that case our person from the specific
city will be delivering the products himself.

step of people who require it. We want to spread the culture of Pakistan internationally and
let people know how beautiful and rich we are in arts and different aspects of life. We will be
operating at national level and international scale initially. While our main office will remain
located in Lahore. Our main operations will be through internet from where we will be
attracting international audience and will be able to explain our services in a much better way
as well. Our Company will be making sure to always value the interests of our suppliers and
customers as well. We will be recording every single detail which include expenses,
operations, and other requirements so we can improve our operation step by step.

Our products availability will be always available on our website and our main motive will be
our authenticity. We will market our products on the base of authenticity and making sure we
are delivering best quality or fresh products to our customers.

Flow of order for goods and services:

We will be delivering our products internationally and nationally as well. In the starting our
company will be operating at a minimal level so a step by step operation from the product to
the time when it will reach customer is explained below:

Step 1: We receive order via App, Website, Call or Social Media.

Step 2: We analyze the order and the quantity required.

Step 3: We take out the product from our inventory if it is available.


Step 4: If not, we inform our supplier from that specific place and let him know about the
required product and ask him to deliver it to us the next day.

Step 6: Once delivered we receive a confirmation message and we contact our customers for

The record of all our orders will be kept there and we in their successful delivery or any

With this we will be available on social media sites as well specially Instagram because now

In this part we will discuss our marketing plan. We will be marketing our products based on
the quality we are providing and the true experience of the culture. We will be targeting
people belonging from every socio economic class, but our target market will be people
belonging from middle and upper socio economic class. We will be providing services based
on the products and its cost our pricing will be different for people in the country and
internationally as well.

Pricing:

Our pricing strategy will be based on cost plus method in which we will be analyzing all our
operations prices and then deciding a price in which we can make profit enough. So, our
prices will vary from product to product and customer to customer as well. There are three
major pricing strategies and I have analyzed all three of them and this pricing strategy suits
the most for our business and our company.

Distribution:

We have explained in the operations plan about how we will be distributing our products here
we will again give a brief explanation of our distribution. Once we receive products from our
suppliers and package it we will be further delivering these products to our customers through

management to maintain a secure environment as well as we know people look for shortcuts
and that can cause loss in many scenarios. So, to secure the business authority can only be

the board.

Initially we will be operating with only the core members who will be managing financing,
operations, dealing and everything once our company starts generating enough money we
will start hiring for our company and further on dividing the teams with specific tasks. The

Responsible for all the financial records and costs and management. Will be handling all the
costs of business. Issuing any costs required and making sure the company is generating
profits for its growth and sustainability.

 Saif Mohiuddin Gillani (COO)


Responsible for the all the operations related tasks. Making sure suppliers has received the
information and dispatched order from his end and making sure the customer receives his
order on time.

Suppliers are the people who will be delivering us the products from their city to our office
making sure the quality is perfect and receiving incentives by the company on work basis.

In this part we will be discussing the risks and threats involved in this business this includes
the competitors and various other barriers to entry.

Weakness of Business:

Every business has their weakness and our weakness is that we are new in the industry trying
to make a name of its own. In the starting it will be difficult for the people to trust a new
company or authenticity. This is considered as one of the weakness and we will try to
overcome it by marketing and letting people know the unique idea that we are proposing.

Another that could be our weakness is attaining the products we will be dealing with many
suppliers from different cities with whom we will be acquiring their services from time to
time with this huge web of suppliers we could be facing some troubles with them if they are
left behind or feel left behind and to overcome this gap we will be contacting with them now
and then and will be always there to entertain any demands which is best in the interest of
both the parties.

Competitors:

We do have competitors and Daraz can be considered as one of the main competitors which
are providing similar services but the strategy where they fall apart is specialization with in a
specific field they have all the products available and customers hesitate on their authenticity
hence we are providing products with authenticity and strong marketing explaining and
showing our suppliers from different cities. With that we will be focused on the promotion of
the culture as well so we will be representing a positive image of Pakistan as well
internationally.
Product Delivery Failure:

There could be scenarios when the product is unable to reach the customer in the way they
wanted or it might be broken hence in that case we will be re delivering that same product
with a sorry gift and as far the costs are concerned in first place I mentioned earlier any big
orders will be delivered under supervision of supplier itself so we do not have to face any
such scenario and we will have a profit margin of 25 to 30 % so for re delivering we will be
not causing any major loss.

Delivery Companies Backlash:

If the supplier or delivery company decides to not to work with us in between the operations
first of all we will have contracts which will regulate them to work with us for a limited time
that they agreed to and in the mean time we will look for their competitors and acquire them
to work with us there is always space for that in the market.
