Quarter 3 Week 4 (Module B)

1. An organization, such as a community association, a charity, a union, or a company, is a collective of

individuals who work together. Based on my opinion, the usual hurdles to a good organization are:
Monitoring performance, Financial management, Competencies and recruiting the right talent,
Regulation and compliance, and Technology.

2. I consider coherence as one of the toughest lessons in English learning and development because for
good scholarly writing, coherence is a must-have attribute. The movement of thoughts from one sentence
to the next in scholarly literature should be seamless and rational. And the reader would not grasp the
key points you are trying to make if the writing lacks continuity. And It also makes it difficult to read.
Coherence is primarily concerned with the reasoning and proper arrangement of sentences in order to
provide coherent and clear text. In sentence creation, cohesion relies more on lexical syntax and grammar.
In the collected parts of writings, coherence is something of a trend.

3. there is a possibility that an overall text has a troublesome meaning because cohesion refers to a
group's ability to stay together. You've shown good solidarity if the community of friends goes to the
lunchroom as a unit and stays all together. Cohesion is a term that derives from mechanics, as it refers to
particles that are similar that appear to bind together.

4. I can best detect the transition of the writer’s ideas from one point to another because focus, extension,
analogy or contrast, explanation, and cause and effect are examples of common signal terms. Focus terms,
which the writer uses to specifically warn you that a specific concept or detail is particularly significant,
are among the most useful symbols to be aware of.

5. Old Spice “The Man Your Man Could Smell Like” Campaign. With its humorous and out-of-the-box
promotional ads, Old Spice remains the king of viral marketing. It debuted its brand mascot, the Old Spice
guy, in the 2010 advertisement "The Man Your Man Might Smell Like." Isaiah Mustafa, the Old Spice guy,
caused a stir with his commercial, which was designed to cater to a female audience while still sending a
sly message to men to buy Old Spice. The ad video received a lot of positive feedback and YouTube likes,
with over 54 million views to date.

Health, the Philippine government mounted a multi-sectoral response to COVID-19 (DOH). Since the
government's COVID-19 National Action Plan (NAP) seeks to curb the virus's dissemination and mitigate
its socioeconomic effects.
