Internet Addiction Disorder: Factors
Internet Addiction Disorder: Factors
Computer misuse is a growing social issue that is being debated all over the world.
Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD) wreaks havoc on people's lives by causing
neurological issues, psychological issues, and social issues. Over time, this causes
significant impairment in an individual's ability to function in various life domains. The
risk of developing an internet addiction disorder is higher in young people. Students
whose academic performance plummets as they spend more and more time online
appear to be particularly vulnerable, according to case studies. Some people suffer
health problems as a result of not getting enough sleep, as they stay up later and later
to chat online, check for social network status updates, or progress through game
levels.
