2 -The meeting has come to order at exactly 4:40pm with an opening

8 II. MEETING PROPER

9 1. READING OF THE MINUTES:

10 -the assigned secretary, Ms. Kimberlee Gatchalian initiated the
11 reading of the minutes for the fourth general faculty meeting last 6th day of
12 December 2018.

13 2. BUSINESS ARISING:

14 - Due to the forthcoming card giving, the grades are requested to

15 be submitted ASAP.

16 -Consequently, Mrs. San Miguel, our dear guidance counselor,

17 didn’t hesitate in encouraging each and everyone for the upcoming
18 recognition, card giving and family day also connoted as “3-in-1” or

19 better yet, “4-in-1” because of the talk for the parents about Millennials.

20 3. ANNOUNCEMENT OF STUDENT ACTIVTIES:

21 - With the aforementioned details, December 18 was confirmed as

22 the Senior High School (SHS) Recognition day for the Cream of the
23 Crops. As such, the proud parents are requested to attend the said event

24 at exactly 7:30 am.

25 - This and all was followed by the ”Talk about

26 Understanding the Millennials” at approximately 10 am to 11am.
27 Likewise, the most awaited family day and distribution of cards
28 is expected to happen at 11 in the morning up to 2 in the afternoon at the
29 Gymnasium.
30 - In addition, the PTC Christmas party was scheduled to be
31 at 2 pm onwards. With that, the students are encouraged to boost their
32 parents in attending the said event. On the other matter, Ms. Florenda
33 Reyes shared about the case of one of her advisory class whereas, he
34 doesn’t have somebody to attend the “4-in-1” activity by the Guidance
35 office and so, it was decided that the adviser should give task for the
36 students who really cannot make it.

37 - In this meeting, the SHS Library didn’t forget to give

38 credits to those outstanding book Borrowers and Outstanding Library.
39 users for the academic year 2018-2019. They are as follows:

48 4. OVERNIGHT VIGIL:
49 - The registration should be at 6 pm to 7 pm at the
50 basement that is why no students will enter beyond 7pm. Also, they should
51 be instructed as to bring their respective IDs, and institutional shirts.

52 - Mrs. Sia, the academic coordinator for SHS, reiterated that grade
53 12 who are only allowed by their parents are those who are provided with
54 a permit. Due to random queries, Ma’am Sylvia Ingente has been
55 requested to explain the program and rules for the said activity.

56 - After clarifications has been made, Mrs. Sia also prompted that
57 the students should pray the rosary, avoid shouting, turn of everything
58 especially the facilities used and close the door gently, library is intended
59 for research only, get the attention of those who are not doing anything,
60 laptops, phones are for subject purposes only. Lastly, Grade 11 students
61 who are using the College building, should not stay after dismissal.

62 5. GUIDELINES FOR STUDENT CHRISTMAS PARTY

64 - December 20, 2018 was the Student’s Christmas Party which
65 should start at 7:30 until 12 nn only. Other guidelines are as follows:

66 a. PE Uniform attire

67 b. ID must be worn by everyone

68 c. only PHP 150 for the food
69 d. 200 pesos for the exchange gift
70 e. cake with icing is a “no-no” also;
71 f. disposable utensils
72 g. bring own black bag
73 h. Classrooms should be clean before Christmas Break
74 i. games which involves flour is not allowed
75 j. wholesome games only

76 6. PRINCIPAL’s TIME
77 -Mr. Ronaldo V. Uriarte, the Senior High School Principal,
78 stated the LCAPS Christmas Party which will be held at Queen
79 Margarette Hotel on December 13, 2018.

80 - He also stated that the salary on December 12 will be received

81 over the counter.

82 - Finally, Mr. Uriarte prompted the Philosophy in Life of the Grade

83 12 students as to be constructed with worth of deeper sense and
84 viewpoint.

85 III. CLOSING PRAYER

86 -The meeting was adjourned at exactly 6:50 pm with a closing

87 prayer led by Mr. Matthew Fontanilla.
