Hereinafter referred to as “SERVICE

PROVIDER”

For good and valuable consideration, SERVICE PROVIDER agrees to provide to the CLIENT
and the CLIENT agrees to purchase from SERVICE PROVIDER services (the "Service")
described in the Service Description mentioned hereto and provided in accordance with the
Service Order and Terms and Conditions set forth below and attached hereto.

Engineering Consultant shall provide the required consultancy services for client by signing
this agreement under the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Works
The scope of works of the consultancy services shall be as follows:
 To prepare the topography map of the Land.
 To prepare the master plan of the project.
 To prepare detailed Architectural, Structural, Sanitary and Electrical drawing of the
project buildings.
 To prepare 3D model of the proposed master plan.
 To prepare municipal drawing.
 To provide the working drawings.
 To prepare detailed estimate of the project.
 To provide necessary suggestions and instructions during the construction phase.

2. Time Schedule:
The total work period shall be of ………………. after the issuance of the work order. The
consultant should mobilize its experts at the earliest after issuance of work order.

Note: Disclosure of this agreement to any other parties or used for any other commercial activities not related to mutual business will be violation of the contract

3. PAYMENT
Payment includes as follows:

Mode of Payment and Facility:

 First Installment: 30% of the total amount payable to the consultant in reference to the
bided tender amount on starting the work.
 Second Installment: 40% after submission of draft Report.
 Last installment: 30% after submission of final report.

Both the parties with good faith and mutual trust certify that this Memorandum of
Understanding truly and correctly reflects their agreement with each other concerning the
detailed terms and conditions of their exclusive understanding for executing the services. The
final amount will be as per final design of total built up area of the buildings.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, both the parties have signed, sealed and made effective this
Memorandum of Understanding in their respective rights with effect from the 22nd Sep 2019.
