Job Description
Our agency MIRAGE is looking for an IT Operations Manager/Webmaster motivated to
carry out the implementation and maintenance of a computer system and implement a
computer security system.
He or she will therefore have experience in computer performance management,
network administration, as well as system reliability and security.
He or she will have to know how to exchange and adapt with the various departments
of the company (Marketing, Sales, Management, Finance) to fully understand the needs
and design the appropriate computer system.

Your main responsibilities

In Marketing/Communications department
 Design a website (Internet and Intranet) specific to our agency and determine the
needs in software and hardware
 Understand the agency's expectations, identify trends and set up an action plan
 Create, manage and update the content of the site (graphic and editorial design,
implementation and technical monitoring, maintenance)
 Analyze the traffic of the site and take care of its referencing by optimizing the
search engines.
 Monitor the network infrastructure and resolve system problems
 Carry out quality and safety controls

Your other tasks

 Implements changes as soon as necessary, anticipates needs
 Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and following
standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations (e.g. personal
data)
 Develop procedures for the proper use of the site by the agency's services

You have
 An undergraduate degree, usually in computer science, communications or
business, or a DEC in computer science, graphic arts, web design or business
administration
 3 years experience in the field or in a related field with expertise in encryption and
security systems

 Mastery of spelling and grammar
