Reflection Analysing Problems:

Based on my teaching, I had figure out that

the pupils can understand the reading text
very well. This is because, I can see that they
can answer all the three questions during the
pre-reading stage.

I also found out that my slides are interactive

and easy to read. The pupils can understand
the reading text very well as I had inserted
pictures of the places on the Oasis of the
Seas as guidance to help them understand
the context of the text very well.

Besides, the reading audio helps the pupils to

enunciate all the words included in the
reading text very well. Although the lesson
was delivered through the telegram, the
pupils still can learn how to pronounce and
read properly with suitable voice tone.

As for the weakness for my lessons today, I

figured out that the pupils’ participation was
less exciting. It might be due to the class was
not conducted synchronously so a few of
students were not able to join the class live.

Strategies of improvement:

For the next lesson I should prepare the

some interactive videos to increase the pupils
engagement with my teaching. Stan (2019)
mentioned that this approach resulted in a
more engaged discussions as students could
confront their ideas with what the narrator in
the video presented mentions it. I also need
to synchronous my teaching since the next
the pupils will be going back to school so the
problem can be overcome.
