The Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) has recently received a complaint that there is an
unpermitted food vendor operating at this address. Unpermitted vendors include any person
selling food without a health permit or business license. Currently, there is no health permit on
record for this location. Operating a Food Establishment without a permit from the Health
Authority is a violation of Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 446.870.

If unpermitted food activities are being conducted at this location, these operations are hereby
ordered to immediately cease and desist. The sale and preparation of food is prohibited until a
health permit is obtained through SNHD. Be advised the persons engaged in such activity are
guilty of a misdemeanor under NRS 446.945 and may be prosecuted by the District Attorney
per NRS 446.943. Your information will be forwarded to the local licensing authority if
unpermitted food activity is confirmed at this location.

In order to legally operate as a Food Establishment, you must first obtain a health permit.
