We are looking to hire 11 more people in 2021 to scale art production and form an inhouse marketing unit.
Current Monthly burn-rate is $50k per month. Targeted burn-rate is $100k per month.

New Game: Fishing Clash
Fishing Clash is a midcore PvP game with a fishing
mechanic for mobile designed for a broad audience -
Male and Female 16-45+.

It is a unique combination of the popular fishing


mechanic and modern deep meta.

The core gameplay is based around fishing gameplay


with QTE actions.
Fish type, size, and trophy depend on your
equipment and consumable bites.

The player who gets more trophy in the match wins


and gets gold, rating, and chests with equipment
cards.

Equipment could be upgraded in the metagame.

By spending hard currency, the player could speed


up chests unlocking and purchase resources.

Deep Meta

We did research and found that fishing games are pretty popular, but all the competitors look obsolete and too
hardcore. Our idea is to bring fishing games to the mass market.

That is what happened with Clash Royale and Golf Clash, and we believe that there is an opportunity for more
games like that.

We’ve got solid metrics at the soft launch and looking for a partner to help us scale.

Company Info and investment proposal
Founded in 2011 in Delaware (USA) with Production offices in Bulgaria and Russia.

Cap Table

In April 2013, we raised $300k at seed round from the VC Fund in exchange for 10% of equity.

In this round, we are raising $2 500 000 at $10 000 000 pre-money valuation.
$1,5m would give us 14 months of runway, $1m would be spent on user acquisition.

Multiple investors are welcome. The minimum check is $500 000, and we expect to close the round in December 2020.
Our current investor committed to following up, and we have $1 000 000 in soft commitment from other investors.

Besides funds for development, we are looking for marketing support and mentoring in company scaling and platform
relations.

Our long term goal is the exit in 3-5 years at $60m+ valuation.
Forecast PnL

We are not profitable yet, but expect to hit the break even this March and generate $2,8m of EBITDA in 2020.
