Series of 2020
A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (SAIP)
FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2020 OF BARANGAY MUKAS, KOLAMBUGAN, LANAO DEL NORTE.

WHEREAS, the list of proposed programs and projects of the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan was
submitted to the body for deliberation;

WHEREAS, the total amount appropriated for the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan is Six Hundred
Forty Three Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Six and Thirty Nine Centavos (₱ 643,666.39) comprising the
Real Property Tax (RPT) Shares;

WHEREAS, this body after thorough deliberation, found out that the proposed list of programs and
projects to be sufficient to answer the needs for benefits and development of the barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Ricardo R. Lapinig duly seconded
by majority be it.

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved, that the list of programs and projects as contain in the 2020
Supplemental Annual Investment Plan of the Barangay be it as it hereby approved.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution with the approved Annual Investment Plan be
forwarded to the Municipal Development Council for further appropriate action.

CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that the Sangguniang Barangay has Appropriated the amount of SIX HUNDRED
FORTY THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY SIX 39/100 (₱ 643,666.39) PESOS for the
calendar year 2020 equivalent to the 25% Shares of the Real Property Tax (RPT) from the previous years.

The undisbursed amount of the Real Property Tax (RPT) Shares from the previous years balance is
carried out in this year fund making a total of ₱ 643, 666.39 available fund for disbursement upon
approval of the Barangay Supplemental Annual Investment Plan for calendar year 2020 in accordance
with the Local Government Code.

A RESOLUTION ENACTING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01, S. OF 2020

WHEREAS, the Barangay Treasurer has certified that there remains in the Barangay Treasury the
amount of Six Hundred Forty Three Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Six and Thirty Nine
(₱ 643,666.39 ) PESOS representing the unexpended balance of Real Property Tax Shares from the
previous years which sum is available for current or future appropriations;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Barangay of Mukas, Kolamabugan,

Lanao Del Norte, as it is hereby resolves to enact the following Supplemental Budget No. 01 S. of 2020,
to wit;

SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01 S. OF 2020

Section 1. The amount hereunder are the unexpended Real Property Tax Share from the previous years
and currently available in the Barangay Treasury as certified by the Barangay Treasurer, which amounts
are likewise available for future appropriations:

1. Real Property Tax Share (RPT) 547,116.39

2. 10 % SK Fund 64,367.00
3. 5 % Calamity Fund 32,183.00
