2. In connection with above reference, hereunder is the After Activity Report

Re Inspection of the Provincial Director at this station.

On
December 20, 2020 at about 4:00 PM, PCOL REX ARVIN T MALIMBAN, PD, Batangas
PPO conducted inspection at Taal MPS wherein he ensure that minimum health
standards were being observed and implementedto include proper wearing of Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE) such as face shield, face mask, proper sanitation prior
entry, inspection of log book, cleanliness of the station, and health of PUPC. Likewise,
he also reminded the personnel to take vitamins to boost their immune system in this
pandemic crisis. No defect noted. Activity ended at about 4:20PM of same date.
