DEAR CITY COUNCILORS:

We, council members and SK hairman of Barangay Tangub

would like to formally file a complain against our five (5) co-council
member namely Kgd. Dindo S. Amad o, Kgd. Jose C. Montano, Kgd.
Sally V. Canada, Kgd. Eduardo A. La adia and Kgd. Katrina Joan B.
Sonata for not signing the resolution to change the signatory from
acting punong brgy. Luz V. Atienza t Punong Brgy. Noli B. Villarosa
who has been reinstated to office last March 17, 2021 which is one of
the requirement of our depository ba k Landbank of the Phils. Cyber
center branch in order for our treasurer to negotiate with them. Due to
their unreasonable action our bara gay can't pay all utility bills,
accountable forms and payroll of our lantilla workers. Another thing
was, due to non-attending of our sche uled regular session which was
called by our Punong Barangay Noli B. Villarosa last April 7, 15 and 26,
2021, neither one of them attended th said session. Due to this, our
monthly honoraria will surely be forfeite . They are not affected of this
because they don't serve the barang y as what they had promised
during their campaign period but for s who are continuously serving
the people of barangay tangub it is ery unfair on our part that we
cannot avail of our honorarium as ompensation for our services
rendered. Probably, for them it was a accomplishment on their part
because they are majority in number f r they were able to hamper all
plans, projects and activities of our bar ngay. Also, our concerns were
the continuous increase of our covid 1 cases everyday which needs
special attention for their daily needs ecause we need to lock them
down to control the spread of the virus ut because of their action we
were not able to perform all of these. Fo us, this a mere abuse of
authority and dereliction of duty beca
