What is TEDxBandaAceh?
TEDxBandaAceh is a full-day conference on the 28th of
December, with around 6 live speakers; Curated from thought
leaders in the Aceh and abroad, as well as grassroots
speakers sharing their inspiring stories.

Venue: Hosted at AcehTsunami Museum in Banda Aceh.
Date: Saturday, 28 December (4pm to 10pm - tentative).
The Main Auditorium
The auditorium can accommodate 100
seated participants. It is set with world
class multimedia facilities and fully
accessible to attendees with conditioned
mobility.
Media Exposure
TEDxBandaAceh will be publicized on
several media outlets, including TV, radio,
printed press, and online. News about the
event will be posted and updated online
via our TEDxBandaAceh website and
various blogs, social media, and online
news sites. This will expose our event and
your brand to national and regional
audiences.

Social and Multi-Purpose Spaces
Outside the auditorium is a open-space,
used for catering and coffee-breaks,
networking and social points. Another
100sqm open-space will
be used as a social and media space. We
may also broadcast the talks into these
spaces. Additionally, a few key sponsors will
benefit from interactive spaces.
Audience
TED stands for Technology, Entertainment
and Design; and its main focus has always
been the sharing of innovation and ideas in all
fields. Our audience will thus include
technologists, entrepreneurs, and designers;

students alike. TED translates complex ideas
worth spreading, into simple ones, thus
catering for a larger audience.
