PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

The purpose of this self-assessment is for you to reflect on the last three months via an informal chat.
We’ll highlight any areas that may need attention as we move on to higher levels of your ongoing
employment.
It’s a chance for you to tell us how you are feeling in your role, what training is needed and what you’d
like to achieve over the next three months to your six-month check-in. This is also an opportunity for you
to tell us what your experience of life on the project has been and what we can improve on.
