SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

 
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
 
I, JEFFREY CRUZ married to IZZIE BERGMAN, of legal age, Filipino, and
with residence at 5th Floor, Haven Maple Condominium, Taguig City where notices may be
served, do hereby APPOINT ERIC ENRIQUEZ, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and with
residence at Taguig City, as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name
and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To sell my Toyota Fortuner with plate no. ABC 1234 for not less than 1 Million
Pesos (P 1,000,000), but may put interest as commission on said sale in the amount
that he prefers;

2. While not being sold, to lease the said vehicle to private individuals for a fee of
five thousand pesos per day (P 5000 / day), with the 50% of the proceeds be deposited
in my BDO bank account, while the other 50% is his commission;

3. To use the house and lot located at B4 L5, Rizal street, Tanza, Cavite free of
charge, but he shall pay all the maintenance and repairs needed to keep it in good
condition;

4. To mortgage the the house and lot located at B4 L5, Rizal street, Tanza,
Cavite, but only in my favor, and solely for the purpose of paying my obligations
contracted in the Philippines after due notice sent to me by my creditors;

5. To lease my condo unit in Berry Woods Condominium at Yakal street, Makati

City in Air BnB where 60% of the proceeds will be deposited in my BDO account ,
while the remaining 40% will be his commission;

6. To collect the monthly rental of my apartment building located at Mabuhay

street, Quezon City;

7. To use my Apple laptop solely for the transactions allowed under the Special
Power of Attorney.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to

execute and perform every act necessary to render effective this Special of Attorney,
as though I myself, have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that he
may do by virtue hereof with full right of substitution of his person and revocation of
this instrument.
 
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 20 th day of
