 ETHICAL ISSUES AT WORKPLACE
 Based on the diagram above, what I understand is that the boss do not care on harming others in order to increase the achieves success.
The worker want to be honest and clean in banking but the boss want to manipulating credit ratings, the mis-selling of securities, unauthorised
trading and the short-selling of bank shares.

Based on the diagram, we can relate with Ethic Problem

 Ethic Problem for Boss

Dishonest- The boss do is willing to manipulating credit ratings, the mis-selling of securities,
unauthorised trading and the short-selling of bank shares in order to achieve success

 Ethic Problem Workers

Irresponsible- The workers do not report to the authorities after he knows what the boss do

In conclusion, to overcome this ethics problem the workers need to warn the boss and if the boss do not listen report to the authorities. This will
make the boss more scared to do those things and be more honest. As a solution, workers need to be more strong and firm to tell the truth and to
uphold justice.
