Floor construction & reinforcement

The standard floor panel finish is 1.2mm galvanized steel which allows for
normal foot traffic. When wheel carts, trolley, hand pallet truck or forklift
truck are required to use inside the cold room, reinforcement on the interior
floor panel is necessary. The table below shows necessary reinforcement
under various situations:

Pressure relief port for freezer rooms

Heated relief port is provided to equalize pressure between the interior and
exterior, caused by sudden temperature changes due to door openings and
defrost cycle in motion.

Doors & Accessories

• The door is completed with a door latch, a keyed cylinder lock, a safety
luminous door release from inside, alarm when door is closed, self-
closing mechanism and hydraulic door closer
• The spring action integrates into the door hinge to close the door by
itself if it is left open for less than 90 degrees
• On closing, the door is lifted up to avoid the bottom door gasket from
rubbing with the door jamb and the hydraulic door closure latches the
door tightly to prevent any cold air leakage PVC strip curtain

• Water proof light switch with vapor proof interior light are also
integrated into the door panel
• Heater wire is installed in the door frame to prevent condensation
• For freezer room, easy replaceable heater wire is also embedded into
the door frame
• Optional accessories including PVC strip curtain, viewing window,
kick plate and door ramp

Control panel
Our stainless steel made water proof control panel is integrated with digital
temperature controller, circuit breaker, magnetic contactor. The control
panel can be remoted to the specified place if needed. It can also be
connected to the temperature recording system as per your request.
