Quarter 2 Planning for MLDM

Challenges Encountered on the implementation of MLDM

1. Lack of Support
This is when the students need some clarrification about their modular learning.
They need support or person that help in their modules. Getting support relies on the
student formulating questions and asking for help, something some students may find
difficult.
*The teacher make a group chat to easily communicate the students if having a clarification
about their modules.
2. Technology
It is the one thing importance in a modular learning to use by the students to
easily in touch to their lesson. The problem not all students have a gadget and the area of
the school has no strong signal for internet and data. They also not familiar in using some
other gadgets to be used that will help to their modular lesson.
*The teacher send some link to their group chat to easily get the students in doing their
modules.
3. Academic Discipline
In learning environment there is a certain amount of social pressure and
regulation. Students have to shown up on time, with homework done, and they are guided
through their learning like in an in person classroom. On the other hand, learning doesn’t
provide the same sense of accountability, as students are working through the class
material and learning independently.
*The teacher conduct a monitoring to their students to know if the students self-learning or
having a support in doing their modules.
4. Feelings of Isolation
The learner may feel isolated and miss out on the regular interaction they enjoy
in a class environment.
