STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

STEAK THYME MENU REDESIGN

4040 WILMINGTON PIKE
KETTERING, OHIO 45440

DATE 1/23/18
INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND
Steak Thyme has approved the Menu Redesign Project in support of its strategic plan to enhance
marketing and customer service. In order to provide more timely feedback to prospective clients
and improved customer interaction, the Menu Redesign Project will focus on building a content
rich Menu which provides a simplified and more user-friendly approach for existing and
potential clients. It is imperative that we utilizes its web site as a platform for communicating
new developments, client testimonials, recent news, and other industry specific information. We
also realizes the importance of in store imagery, and brand marketing. In order to accomplish
this, we seeks to outsource the printing, and everything else will be done in house. We
anticipates that its new look will move the company forward in its multi-tiered approach to
winning new clients and maintaining them for a long period of time.
