I'm Eskarlatina Basug (Karla for short) from the Philippines, 

and I am 27 years old. I have a rich

experience in corporate world. I have worked in a BPO company for 5 years and during the last
two years of my tenure as a team leader, I have learned a lot of things on how to handle different
situations. As a team leader, I need to discuss with the designer all the things that the client needs
to be done to avoid mistakes and deliver it to them on time with the best quality. I also provide
training for them about the standards of different car makers such as Toyota, Subaru and Mazda.
Being a team leader is not an easy job but it helped me become more responsible. My key
strength is the ability to get things done in a timely and productive manner. I am a perfectionist,
self-motivated and life-long learner. Hence, it is extremely important for me to deliver the best
result to my clients. 

After college, I was immediately hired at my previous company. I loved my job, and I am willing
to dedicate myself for more years. But the pandemic ruin my career. I decided to resign not
because of my job but because of the high risk of the coronavirus. I go to office very early in the
morning and worked sometimes until dawn to cope up with the jobs left when the pandemic
started. The company do not provide shuttle for the employees and I don’t have a ride so it took a
lot of courage to commute and ride on a cab. And then, I took a basic training online as a VA. I
didn’t do mass applying online because I need a boss that will hire me for a long term. Yes, I am
seriously looking for a long term job to build a career not only for myself but to share also to
others. In the future, I want to build a great reputation and willingly share that to others, and I
can’t do that without a great job background.

After my promotion as a team leader, I need to train a newbie as a replacement for my previous
position and at the same time, I will do management tasks like KPI and sales reports. The
training is much easier because I made manuals before and I have my detailed notes about the
process of making simple up to complicated designs. It takes time to become an independent
designer but the one I trained can already do simple designs within a month. 

I have watched some of your videos in YouTube and it caught my attention when you always

emphasize that you are doing that not for yourself but too help others build their own business
and in which you always start your day with a bible reading and a prayer. Though your business
is focused on coaching entrepreneurs to become successful, you still acknowledge God in your
everyday life. This made me more eager to work with you, because in pursuing a career, one
must have a positive attitude and always include God and acknowledge his guidance his success.
