Nux vomica is the right sided remedy.

Nux vomica is the male counterpart of the pulsatilla and ignatia.
One of the BEST REMEDIES TO COMMENCE TREATMENT of cases that have
been drugged by mixtures, bitters, vegetable pills, nostrums or quack
remedies, especially aromatic or “hot medicines”, but only if symptoms
correspond.
“Nux is chiefly adapted to ardent character (ஆர்வமுள் ள நபர்); of an
irritable, impatient (பபொறுமையற் ற) temperament, disposed to be
anger, spite (பவறுப் பு, வன்ைை் நிமறந் த), deception (வஞ் சகை் ,
ஏைொற் றுதல் )”. – Hahnemann.

CONSTITUTION :
Adapted to thin, irritable, careful, zealous persons (மிகுந்த
வைராக்கியமுள் ள) with dark hair and bilious or sanguine temperament.
Prone to indigestion and haemorrhoids.
Disposed to be quarrelsome (சண்வை ப ாடுங் குணம் ), spiteful
( வகநிவைந்த), malicious (ப ாைாவமயான, பகை்ை எண்ணமுள் ள).
Hypochondriac : (abnormally anxious about their health)
literary, studious persons, who are too much at home, suffer from
want of exercise, with gastric, abdominal complaints and costiveness;
especially in drunkards.

MENTAL GENERALS :
Persons who are very particular, careful, but inclined to become easily
excited or angered.
Very irritable.
Cannot bear noises, odors, light etc.
Does not want to be touched.
Time passes too slowly.
Even the least ailment affects her greatly.
Fault finding.

PARTICULARS :
HEAD :
Headache in occiput or over eyes, with vertigo.
Oversensitiveness
Vertigo with momentary loss of consciousness.
Scalp is very sensitive to touch.
Congestive headache, associated with haemorrhoids.
Worse, morning, mental exertion, tobacco, alcohol, coffee, open air.

NOSE :
Snuffles of infants.
Coryza, dry at night, fluent by day.
Aggravated in warm room.
Amelioration in cold air, from sitting in cold places, on stone steps.

Gastro-intestinal system :
Eructations : sour, bitter, nausea and vomiting every morning with depression of
spirits, after eating.
Nausea : Constant, after eating; in morning; from smoking; and feels “If I could
only vomit I would be so much better “.
Stomach :
Pressure an hour or two after eating as from a stone.
Pyrosis(பநஞ் சு எரிச்சல் ), tightness, Must loosen clothing.
Cannot use the mind for two or three hours after a meal.
Sleepy after dinner ; from anxiety,worry,brandy,coffee,drugs,night
watching,high living,etc.

Constipation :
With frequent unsuccessful desire, passing small quantities of
feces.
Sensation as if not finished.
Frequent desire for stool; anxious, ineffectual.
Ameliorated for a time after stool; in morning; after mental
exertion.
Alternate constipation and diarrhoea, in persons who have
taken purgatives all their lives.

URINE :
Irritable bladder.
Ineffectual urging, spasmodic and strangury.
Frequent calls, little and often.
While urinating, itching in urethra and pain in neck of bladder.

MALE :
Easily excited desire.
Bad effects of sexual excess.
Spermatorrhoea, with dreams, backache, burning in spine,
weakness and irritability.

FEMALE :
Menses too early, profuse,lasts too long.
Always irregular, blood black with faint spells.
Dysmenorrhoea with pain in sacrum, and constant urging to stool.
Labor pains : Violent, spasmodic, cause urging to stool or urinate.
Aggravated in back, prefers a warm room.

BACK :
Must sit up to turn over in bed – ( டுக்வகயில் புரண்டு டுக்க
முடியாவம, எழுந்து உை்கார்ந்து தான் புரண்டு டுக்க முடியும் )
lumbago; from sexual weakness, from masturbation.
NERVOUS SYATEM :
Convulsions, with consciousness.
Aggravated anger, emotion, touch, moving.

FEVER :
Repugnance to cold or to cold air.
Chill stage : Chilly, on least movement; from being uncovered.
Must be covered in every stage of fever.
Heat stage : great heat, whole body burning hot, face red and hot.

MODALITIES :
Aggravation : morning, waking at 4 a.m., mental exertion, after eating
or over-eating, touch, noise, anger, spices, narcotics, dry weather, in cold
air.
Amelioration : in evening, while at rest, lying down, and in damp wet
weather.
