dosimetrists will interact with the patient during
sim. Ciara has observed several sim procedures
but has not interacted with the patients while
working with me.

several plans with multiple beam arrangements to
compare and contrast target dose conformity and
normal tissue doses to further understand why
certain beam arrangements are typically used for
certain treatment sites.

Overall, Ciara is a very strong student that exceeds my expectations. She is taking on plans as a
member of our team now, and I expect that over the next few weeks and months she will only become
quicker and stronger as she gets more plans under her belt. She has already dabbled in VMAT
planning and is ready to dive into that, as well as taking on more challenging and atypical cases.
