10. Additional Comments:

Overall, Ciara is a very strong student that exceeds my expectations. She is taking on plans as a
member of our team now, and I expect that over the next few weeks and months she will only become
quicker and stronger as she gets more plans under her belt. She has already dabbled in VMAT
planning and is ready to dive into that, as well as taking on more challenging and atypical cases.
