Could Khalil achieve his goals for K&N’s while remaining focused only on
the market in Pakistan? How could K&N’s accelerate the consumers’ switch
to processed products? What would it take to push the safety of chicken
further up the list of consumers purchasing criteria?
Answer # 01

Yes he achieves his goal. To start a small broiler farm of 1,000 chicks. And also provide a better
food and providing better nutrition for Health and Happiness of the Nation. Special Focus on the
hygiene Food. Also to focusing more and more on the ready-to-cook products for the ease of
customers.

Yes Remaining focus only on the market of Pakistan Because they have face a big challenges in
the market from wet market of Pakistan, also from Menu Foods, Mano salwa, Dawn Foods, Big
Bird , Sufi , PK Foods

The accelerate the consumer through the recent endorsement of ‘frozen’ by various celebrity
chefs has been a great way to improve impressions and consumer belief that it really can be ‘as
good and happy as fresh’. K&N also spend more amounts on the advertising to attack the
customer to switch to Processed Frozen product

Chicken were slaughtered strictly according to the slaughter rules of The Shariah (Islamic law)
chicken are processed in the most hygienic & automated manner. During processing chicken are
washed inside & outside and veterinarians constantly examine the birds, and then chicken is
complete wash and sanitized After all product are store at -21 degree Celsius and also the packed
chickens are move into sanitized refrigerators trucks for distribution to ensure uncompromising
quality control.

These are list of those points that satisfied the customer

 K&N’s are leading in healthy frozen food.


 Their main product is health and taste.
 K&N’s provides the hygienic food to its customer that builds trust in the customer.
 The taste of K&N’s food is superior then others.

Would a straight export model provide sufficient opportunities to build


relationships in these markets? Could they afford to build the K&N’s model
in another country?
Answer # 02

Yes the straight export model get the relationship between the markets reason for yes is that they
had built its leadership position in processed chicken over the years through continuous
investment in marketing and innovation.K&N promised of Halal compliance & also provide a
hygienic food to the customer and concentrate on the nutrients & health of the customer & also
provide best food to the customer.

It is possible to build the K&N Model in another country. But also face many difficulties because
of the financial issues and legal issue and also the government imposed the taxes and
government does not support him management issue is the main factor to build the same model
in other countries.so it is a difficult task for K&N to built the same model in other country

Would a global Halal brand be welcomed? Would it be practical for a company


from Pakistan to conduct normal business in the U.S., the U.K., or France? Should
K&N’s consider an acquisition in a Western country (or set up operations there)

and use its production and marketing skills to access the global Halal market in
richer economies?

Yes the Global Halal brand welcome Because Research report published in January 2011
estimated the rate of growth of the Muslim population, at 1.5% per annum until 2030, to be twice
that of non-Muslims. The result would be a global Muslim population of 2.2 billion, or 26.4% of
the world’s projected population, in 2030

Yes the conduct normal business in UK ,France etc Because of the research conduct by the
K&N. Majority of Muslim people When buying Halal products, Muslim consumers needed
assurance that the product had been slaughtered in the appropriate fashion and that the feed and
processing were also Halal compliant, which was more difficult to establish, particularly for
those who lived outside Islamic countries.

Yes they have ready to start the business in the western country. Reason is that they Provide
quality of food. Concentrate on the hygiene of the food items and also no compromise on the
health & safety and is different to other food product items. When El Corte Ingles had visited
K&N’s in Lahore to investigate supply opportunities. In a follow-up note, El Corte Ingles’
director of international buying wrote: highly surprised to find a company like K&N’s in
Pakistan with production facilities, logistics, and marketing comparable to any Western company
operating in the food processing and distribution business. I am confident that if K&N’s decides
to introduce its products on foreign markets it will not face any problems regarding quality
standards and product adaptation thanks to the experience it has gained in Pakistan. This is the
main point of the success of the K&N in Richest countries.
