On the above listed date and tine, the defendant becane aggressive with the victim for an
unknown reason. After the defendant yelled at the victim, the defendant poured water on the
Jvictim. The victim attempted to walk away fron the defendant, however the defendant followed.
As the defendant followed the victim, he denanded the hat the victim was wearing. The defendant
charged toward the victim, while holding a sharp wooden stake. The defendant struck the victim
on the right’ forearm, which resulted in a small laceration. Once the defendant struck the
victim, the defendant unlawfully renoved the hat from the victin.
