The defendant willfully and intentionally fired one round in the direction of the defendant as the defendant attempted to flee the area in his vehicle, Four [people witnessed the defendant exit the Chevrolet, discahrge the firearm and return to the rear passenger seat of the Chevrolet. Three of the witness were inside the Chevrolet at the time of the incident and know the defendant personally. They identified him by providing his name, address, social media account, and a phone number. One witness stated the defendant pointed the firearm at the victim [and fired it as if he intended to killl him. Upon hearing the gunshot, the victim attempted to flee the parking area due to a well founded fear of being shot by occupants of the Chevrolet. Part of the incident lwas captured on surveillance video showing the Chevrolet driving toward the victim's vehicle.
