The National Labor Relations Act
gives you the right to request
union representation during
investigatory interviews by
supervisors, security and
managerial staff.
These are Weingarten Rights.

card 1) if management questions
you for information; and 2) you
are concerned that your answers
could be used against you.
You must ask for representation—
management won’t remind you.

questions, you may
refuse to answer
because your employer
