relationship with Lake Title, LLC ("Lake Title"). The nature of the relationship is that some or all of the
shareholders/owners of Bridge Realty own, either directly or via a "holding company", up to 50% of
Lake Title. Because of this relationship, this referral may provide the shareholders/owners of Bridge
Realty with a financial or other benefit.

ENCOURAGED TO SHOP AROUND TO DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE
BEST SERVICES AND THE BEST RATE FOR THESE SERVICES.
