I am writing this letter of reference at the request of Madisyn Hockless who is applying
for various scholarships, admission or employment to further her education.

I became acquainted with Madisyn during the current school year. Madisyn is one of my
best students and is receiving an “B+” letter grade in my Business Marketing class. I
have worked in the private business world for 14 years and currently teach business at
ECHS. Based on Madisyn’s grades, attendance and class participation, I'd rate her
academic performance in my class as superior.

Madisyn has a number of strengths to offer any program or employer. Madisyn has
shown me this year that she has a drive both in completing work and in excelling at
business. She has shown a passion for entrepreneurship and business. Madisyn has
excelled at many of the real world projects we have created during the year including
developing budgets, and marketing plans for a real business.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend Madisyn. If her performance in my class is any

indication of how she would perform in your program, Madisyn will be a positive addition
