RECEIVE STATE REEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE


Benefits may include up to $275 per week, plus an additional $600 per week of CARES Act
Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC). FPUC is available until 7/25/2020.
You do not need to submit an additional application for FPUC.
*The additional $600 applies to individuals receiving benefits the week beginning 3/29/2020

Exhaust 19 Weeks of
State Reemployment Assistance benefits

PEUC provides up to 13 weeks of additional Reemployment Assistance
benefits (Up to $275 per week, plus an additional $600 per week.
FPUC is available until 7/25/2020.)

After PEUC is Exhausted, PUA will include up to $275 weekly benefits plus
the additional $600 per week. FPUC is available until 7/25/2020.

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, also known as the CARES Act, was signed into law on
March 27, 2020, will expand Reemployment Assistance benefits. Benefits will be paid from the date you became
eligible under the CARES Act.
