The variance infotech Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2009 with the capital of in
Ahmedabad, Rahul Patel is the owner and CEO of the company. Company is
providing high quality and cost effective custom software development and it
consulting services. Outside India like US, Dubai, Bangkok, Israel, Italy or
somewhere else. Company have 60 employees right now.

On the march 22, 2020,When our PM Narendra Modi declared lockdown in all
over India for 3 months. We know that it has touched the whole sectors of the
country. Now, after that the biggest question came in front of every companies and
organizations and even layman how to manage such things.

Variance infotech Pvt. Ltd. is software and IT service provider, so for the
company that was not easy task to manage all the things online because company is
operating by their own system. Company had already decide to do online work and
company made planning for online work. Company had providing laptop to their
workers for online work from their home. Company were already passed there PC
data in workers laptop and they were work on their laptop and data which had used
that was company’s. company have established software for managing and analysing
the work. They had give their salary as 10% and 30% as per their position during four
months of lockdown period.

HR DEPARTMENT:
Company was following remote work policy during work from home. As a
HR manager Miss. Disha Trivedi had controlling all the query regarding their
employees. She was conducting online games and all the such fun activities for mood
refreshment of the workers. She did interpretation all the day with their employees
during this lockdown period on online mode.
Software generated by the company was recording employees timing, their
working hours and their efficiency. Company has saw that working efficiency of the
worker is increased because of such type of liberalization they got in the work. They
could done their work in through the day, just they had to finish the task at the end of
the day.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT:
Urvi Solanki is a marketing manager of the company. Company is only
providing their services outside India during their critical time. Company have to
faced low demand form market for their services. Some projects were given before
lockdown was cancel because of closing of work in all over the world. During that
time come had providing such promoting facilities in the market. Company increased
their advertising in various methods. Company is much more connected in social
media platform for attracting their customers by providing them new services and
facilities. Company was giving assurance to the client that they would finish task
before time period and by that company is maintained their old client and also
attracting new client and customers by doing such type of marketing activities.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT:
As we know that the economic issue we had faced during the pandemic time.
Variance infotech also faced that type of finances looses during this. Some projects
were cancelled that’s how company had to bear such type of looses. Payments form
clients which was before come into full amount now that was coming in instalment
basis. But after the implementation of HR’s strategies and group working and some
new marketing policy incrementation company is now earning profit as much as
before the lockdown and it is increased 60% then lockdown period by the online
work.

OFFLINE WORKING METHOD BY VARIENCE INFOTECH:


After the government guideline all the work are now going on variance
infotech apply offline working in different manner. They divide their staff by 50%
and for 15 – 15 days. Then they have to come on the work place right now. Even
some employees are from outside of the city and state they can do their work from
