MASS INTENTION REQUEST FORM

Filling out this form requests your loved one be remembered at a St. Aloysius Mass during the Prayers of the Faithful. Requested
masses will be honored if available. If they are not, then a Mass at the closest date possible will be scheduled.
Stipends are $5 per mass intention. You will be mailed a notification letter as well as up to two others.
Forms and stipends can be mailed or delivered to the parish office.
REGULAR MASS SCHEDULE A single intention may be accepted for scheduled Masses on Sunday*,
SATURDAYS Monday, Wednesday, Friday or for the Saturday Vigil.
4:30 PM - Vigil Multiple intentions may be accepted only for the 8 AM Mass when
scheduled on Tuesday or Thursday.
SUNDAYS
7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 5:30 PM *except the 5:30 PM, which when scheduled, the intention will always be
“for all our parishioners” with no additional intention accepted for that
WEEKDAYS Mass. When Masses of obligation are scheduled for a Holy Day which falls
6:00 AM - Mon (Chapel), Wed on a weekday, one of the scheduled Holy Day Masses must be offered “for
8:00 AM - Tue, Thu, Fri all our parishioners,” with no additional intention accepted for that Mass.
