Assalamualaikum Dear Parents,

Re: Parent Teacher Interviews

We have scheduled a Parent Teacher interview to allow you to consult with the teachers of your
son/daughter. This has been arranged for Wednesday, 7th April 2021 from 3.45pm to 6.00pm.

Junior Primary and Primary will conduct the interviews in their respective classrooms. The high school
interviews will be conducted in the School Hall.

Kindly note that every parent teacher interview is of 5 minutes duration only. Kindly contact your
classroom teacher and book your time using the options below.

Your child’s report will be given to you at that time.
