Introduction

Being the teacher professional development plan (PDP) has helped me in to frame
planning better with time and to stay organized. It has made me efficient than before
and the extra time I can focus on the paperwork of students. A PDP helps me in setting
out the goals both for the short term and long term periods. I have been provided the
opportunity and the steps to achieve those. A teacher development plan is a continued
effort on the way of teachers to improve the skills and to turn the students energetic in
nature. It has taken me to a different level and I have learned a lot of matters. Teach
development is required for the better teaching of the students and to make the process
of professional development using the resources. It has made be become the good
teacher with the need to perform above the grade (Gheyssens, et al., 2020).

Justification

It has helped me in effective team engagement. Being a teacher I can focus on the
students’ needs and help them to get the achievement as the way of success. This PDP
is important in order to encourage the new teachers and those teachers can be
successful in the profession in the future. PDP has helped me in being experienced and
to develop the skills through the feelings of being confident. Effective professional
development helps me in shaping my career for the long term and to guide me about
the requirements and mistakes I do daily in my professional life.

Evidence of teacher collaboration in accomplishing PDP

Joining as a teacher I have gained new experienced showing my skills in the classroom.
The classroom collaboration is what a teacher needs in the personal development plan.
I am producing here evidence while I have joined in this educational institution, I went
through different learning phases. I saw many teachers were leaving the profession that
is due to the lack of accomplishment for their duty where the education factors. So, the
first five years is very important to work, and it requires collaboration. Just as the
evidence prove it true that a recent study has revealed the fact that 17% of new
teachers have left the educational institutions before completing five years. The
development opportunities are required as excellent source for the streamline
professional and the learning curve is required to provide more teachers and
experienced mentors. While I accomplished my PDP, I followed the collaboration from

the students and took help from the entire classroom. The educator development is
important part I see while growing as a teacher. I am fortunate enough to have the
development resources and using it by own. I faced a difficulty in classroom
management and the students were late, did not manage well the student property. So
as a teacher I kept focus as simply but effectively to the strategies and set the children
in the seats on time. This has made my professional development very bright. I made
the students write more and taught them learning styles. In the initial activities I have
enjoyed a lot with the student, so the collaboration was helpful. I am attending the
classroom workshop integrating the technology. I have taken the follow up activities to
invite my colleagues to provide feedback and refine the lesson plans. Each professional
goal I have devoted toward the task accomplishment providing my best effort.
