EPC 4406 – Practicum 4a
Introduction:
I did enrol myself at Sad ibn Obadiah primary school as a teacher, as my MST name is
Huda. In terms of my teaching responsibilities over here as a teacher, I did teach grade
4 and spoken English as per the complete teaching syllabus. I have done 11 lessons
and am attending to deliver more. Since the start of my teaching career, I did deliver
teaching concerning Two observations with DR. Neil I did teach 9 along with my MST
and the feedbacks and the rest without feedback.
Being a teacher, I never stop learning as per my actions and skills regarding the school
after the very first day and the very first beginning of myself as a teacher along with
students in terms of maximum professionalism to deliver that towards the stakeholder
regarding fully equipped in terms of my professional responsibilities. In addition to that
to keep my commitment and supporting role as per my verbal gesture, ultimately can
able to deliver the same practically. As per the same teaching role I commit my support
professionalism in terms of introduction to watch my MST initially why email and later I
did it change phone number to communicate in terms of communication with her after
that I engage with teams and classes upon the prescribed time. Although I did face
some issues at the start so I did ask for support from my MST in case of requirement.

Lesson plan:
The lesson plan is considering the most essential and significant element in terms of the
class environment concerning students throughout the career of a teacher. Sins after
the grip on the lesson plan, a teacher can able to deliver the practical learning,
ultimately can able to engage the maximum effective strategic approach in terms of
feedback upon student learning procedures. This can able to deliver the maximum
effective response as per critical learning experience in terms of students.
The complete and effective lesson plan can engage all the essential components along
with the learning objective teacher’s activities and assessment for student
understanding knowledge skills and abilities.
As for the statement of Koutselini (2012), perfect learning structures enable teachers in
terms of study patterns by engaging the student’s biographies and bio theories under
consideration.
Being a teacher this is my professional responsibility to maintain my lesson as per the
maximum professional manner to implementation differentiated on my lesson. For the
same purpose, I did seek support from MST in terms of providing all the necessary

material including book pages’ records and learning feedback. As per the learning
feedback I was supposed to engage myself within different groups upon different
activities instead to work hard and engage different ideas in terms of achieving my
objectives, I did prefer to work smart. [ CITATION MDa08 \l 1033 ]
Learning management:
Positive feedback is the key to success and is delivering the maximum positive attitude
in response to the positive feedback. Ultimately it enhances student's motivational level
in terms of acknowledgment for the deliverance of academic excellence in front of the
whole class.
Delivering a positive attitude and behaviour is more effective as compared to a negative
punishment attitude or behaviour. Ultimately the same positive behaviour and attitude
can deliver the message in front of the whole class concerning its valuation and
authentication. Hence can able to set the best examples among students along with the
motivational spirit to deliver good things.
As per the style of my MST, always delivering rewards towards students in terms of
rules and regulations acceptance along with an active listener, active participants hard
worker. hence able to achieve the badges as a reward by my MST.
As per the conceptual framework of classroom management, it can deliver the complete
structural mechanism in terms of behaviour management but teacher and school
towards the students during the class. As per Emmer & Seaborne (2015; Everson &
Weinstein (2006) the core purpose of classroom management is to develop and
implement the strategic approach concerning professional behaviours which can able to
enhance the student's academic engagement, achievement performance, and
efficiency. [ CITATION Har13 \l 1033 ]
Learning implementation:
Implementing the learning within the practical manner within the campus is the key to
success in terms of academic procedural structural mechanisms. As per my initial
teaching practice in terms of an online session, I intended to utilize the technology
within the classroom. After I start my TP, I did seek guidance from my MST and
Colleagues in terms of file uploading during my online classes session. Online teaching
delivers me a great chance in terms of implementing the technology during class in
addition that I also engage utilize most of the technological structures including live
worksheet, Teams LMS, YouTube, Near pod, Quizzes, Kahoot, and Quizlet.

components in terms of engagement the right tech tool at the right time and the proper
knowledge in terms of utilization by the teacher during the class, ultimately can able to
deliver the maximum motivational spirit to the student in terms of learning. Although it is
