1. Unit/Chapter Goal/s:
 Narrative Paragraph
 Students will be able to understand and differentiate parts of paragraph and apply important
aspects of a narrative paragraph.
2. Learning Objectives:
Cognitive: Students will be able to explain what is a narrative paragraph and understand how to write
their story by using tips of writing narrative paragraph.
Affective: Students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of narrative writing by writing a
narrative paragraph.
Psychomotor: Students will be able to identify important aspects of a narrative paragraph.
3. Materials: (books, projector, pad paper)
4. Intro/Anticipatory Set: (Review, and let students answer they had learnt last week)
5. Procedure:
 Warm up question about what they had learnt last week
 Ask what does descriptive mean
 Explain about narrative paragraph
 Explain tips of writing narrative paragraph
 Show picture and let students answer the questions
 Ask students to read the example of a narrative paragraph
 Then Ask about what are introduction, body and closure paragraph
 Let students write a story about their family’s vacation
 Give homework sheet to students
 Close the class by summarizing the lesson
