Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to complain about a product I bought from your mail order catalog. I bought
from the autumn catalog red party shoes, article number 8967. I recieved the order on
October 30, 2020.

After only wearing the shoes for two hours on November 1, 2020, the shoe buckle came off
the shoes. Due to that happening, wearing the shoes henceworth would be impossible.

To resolve the problem, i would like a refund for the product. I do not wish to have an option
to exchange, because the item given was very bad quality. I will return the item by post.
