With reference to your request, we are pleased to submit our quote as follows:

Our Scope of Work:

 Laying of 13 Cables as listed in the Scope through the Cable Tray.

 Testing of Cables, Including Megger, Continuity Test.
 Supply of Manpower, Equipments, Transportation, and Accomodation to
complete the job as per the Scope of Work stated.
 Deviation:

 Any Materials required for the job is not in our Scope.

 Termination of Cables is not in our Scope of work as discussed during Site Visit.
 Scaffolding is not in our Scope of Work.

Terms and Conditions

Sl. No General Terms and Conditions
1. Our offer is based on the Scope of Work and Site Visit Details.
2. Any deviation in the Scope of Work required Variation Order.
3. Expected Duration of the Contract is 4Months from the Date of Purchase Order.
4. Our offer is valid for a Period of 3 Months from the effective date of this Quotation.
5. All ID, Gate Passes Required for our Manpower and Equipments shall be arranged from your
side.
6. Work Permit Reciever shall be arranged from your side throughout the Project.
Payment Terms
1. 40% Advance Prior to Mobilization.
2. 20% Immediately after Completing 50% of Work.
3. 20% Immediately after Completing 30% of Remaining Work.
4. Balance 20% within 7 Days after Completing 100% of Total Work.
